We are jumping right in. You only have 5 minutes. I encourage you to simply do your best and leave rest. If there are moves that are difficult, please by all means do the modifications.
Think of this workout as a little coffee break. It’s short, sweet and packs a punch.
What’s the point of a short, intense workout? Well, studies now show that you can burn more fat and raise your metabolism throughout the day by doing short bursts even better than slow sustained workouts. But what I love about it is the mood shifting abilities.
We use mantras that I am inviting you to say, outloud.
I know it sounds a bit strange, but give it a try. I bet you will be surprised at how it makes you feel.
This is really important: I invite you to catch yourself if you find yourself complaining to yourself, “This is too hard, this is too easy, the music is too loud, the sound is not right, the lighting is not right, the temperature of the room is too hot/cold etc.”
We are trying to get away from all elements NEEDING to be perfect in order to get the most out of life. Nothing is ever perfect, nor will it be.
This INTENTION workout is all about focusing on what it is you want and putting 100% of your attention on that and nothing else.
It’s about giving yourself permission to shine.
It is about deciding that you are not going to wait until someone tells you it’s YOUR TIME, but rather claiming it for yourself, right now. Even if things aren’t ‘perfect.’

Step 3: SET YOUR INTENTION
Setting intentions can be done for the day, the week, the month and the year. I am a big fan of being as specific as possible. That is why we say MY VISION IS CLEAR.
Even if you are not exactly sure what you want yet, start declaring MY VISION IS CLEAR vs. “I’m not sure, I don’t know what I really want, I’m confused”. When we feel confused or overwhelmed, it is very hard for our minds to start to come up with powerful solutions and ideas.
Write down your intention for today. If you are ready, write down your intention for the week or the month. And if you are feeling super clear, write it down for the year to come.
